Basic terms for TapGrowth products, landing pages and ongoing services.
Orders
By purchasing a TapGrowth product or service, you confirm that the business details, links, logos and other material you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them.
Custom work
TapGrowth products may be programmed, designed or customised specifically for your business. Requested features are subject to technical compatibility and the information you provide.
Subscriptions
Plans shown with a monthly fee are recurring services. Recurring billing continues until cancelled. Cancelling stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund completed setup work, previously supplied services or custom physical products.
Third-party services
TapGrowth may link to or rely on third-party services such as Google, social platforms, booking systems, FormSubmit and Stripe. Their availability and functionality are controlled by those providers.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
